Dear Xcerra Support Customer:

Starting on November 16th you will notice the following changes on your Xpedite Help Center Tickets:

1. There is a new field to fill in when creating a New Request, it is the Organization field (LTXC or Multitest)

2. You can get to the secured Xpedite Help Center by going to, (Note – you will be directed here if you go to the original site)

3. The sender name for all correspondences will change from LTX-Credence Customer Support to Xcerra Customer Support
